HERE WE GO AGAIN...

The Executive Committee of the Hamburg Football Association (HFV) decided in its extraordinary meeting of the Executive Committee on October 25, 2020 to interrupt the official league and cup games in the Hamburg Football Association. The reasons for this are based on the development of the increasing cases of infected people with Covid-19 in the state of Hamburg. Matchday on weekend of 30.10. - 01.11.2020 for all leagues will be interrupted.How long this interruption of the season applies is decided depending on the conditions and situation.
A very unlucky decision to all amateur football lovers, but pretty understandable given the circumstances. The HFV has also stated, that training and friendly matches could continue to be possible with a hygiene concept where the situation allows.
All three Hamburg Hurricanes teams will go on a break, after just five official matches for the first team (one cup match and four league games), three for the second team and four for the third team:

We don't know until when our leagues will resume and we had planned to continue training for the sake of the club's spirit and fitness levels. However, as of next Monday 2nd of November we are not allowed to play football anymore, hence all trainings and games will unfortunately be cancelled.
Stay safe everyone! but also stay fit, you never know when we could start again and it would be a shame to ruin all efforts we have done until now.
